Laboga Mr Hector is an iconic amplifier designed for guitar players who crave a high gain sound. This app brings the Laboga amplifier to life, making it perfect for musicians who want to enhance their guitar sound without needing physical equipment.

Inside the Laboga Mr Hector, you’ll find three unique Aurora DSP pedals, including an overdrive effect that’s inspired by the classic tube screamer. This pedal adds dynamics and a distinctive claw to your sound. Also included is a transient shaper pedal, which helps sharpen the attack of your strings and brighten your overall sound. There's a unified preamplifier as well, which serves as a signal boosting preamp to enhance your audio.

The Laboga Mr Hector features a two-channel amplifier with clean and lead channels. It has a tone stack with a mid switch and a "bright" switch, allowing you to fine-tune your sound. Users will appreciate the added flexibility this two-channel setup provides for different musical styles.

For cab modeling, you get three cab models: the Laboga 2x12 cab, Laboga 3x12 cab, and the Aurora OS4x12 cab. These models utilize dynamic miking techniques to create a rich audio experience. Plus, you have the option to load your own custom IR files, making it easy to personalize your tone. Each cab features a two-side mixer, four speakers, and four mics, ensuring you can craft your sound as you desire.

Post-amp processing is also covered with four studio quality effects. The 10-band graphic EQ allows you to adjust frequencies effectively, offering up to ±12 dB of gain to ensure your sound sits perfectly in the mix. A professional noise gate helps control background noise, providing a cleaner output. The ping-pong delay effect adds depth and space, and a versatile reverb effect is included, allowing you to recreate sounds from small rooms to expansive caves, all with simple adjustments.

Additional features make Laboga Mr Hector even more appealing. It includes a built-in tuner for ensuring your guitar is always in tune, as well as a metronome feature to help keep your timing precise. There’s also a capture riffs feature, so you can record your ideas on the go. Cross-platform preset sharing makes it easy to share your custom settings with other users, and the studio environment mode offers a headphone control room simulation for a more immersive listening experience.

The app also includes preset packs created by musicians and producers like Chernobyl Studios, Kristian Kohle, Juca Nery, Nathan Smart, and Steven Jones. These packs provide a great starting point and inspiration for your own sound.

Laboga Mr Hector is available in AUv3 format, allowing you to use it as a standalone app or integrate it into your favorite music production setup. Whether you're in the studio or jamming at home, Laboga Mr Hector provides the tools you need to achieve professional-quality guitar sounds.
