WoodSynth is a powerful synthesizer designed for music creators, featuring 4 independent layers. Each of these layers acts as a separate synthesizer, giving you great flexibility in sound design. For those looking to create complex compositions, each layer includes a 16 steps sequencer. This sequencer can run on multiple voices in poly mode. You can easily set different MIDI channels and ranges of receiving MIDI notes in each layer, which allows for up to 4 split keyboard regions. There’s even a sequential layer mode, which means the first note(s) played are handled by layer 1, and the next note(s) by layer 2, enabling a unique articulation of sounds.

WoodSynth's audio processing capabilities include a 4-pole Moog Lowpass filter for each voice, complete with resonance and an ADSR envelope per voice. You can also apply key tracking for VCO pan, filter cutoff, and ADSR envelope attack and release. An offset in the filter cutoff allows for stereo effect creation, adding depth to your sound. Additionally, each layer features a basic reverb unit and a delay that can be panned independently, enriching your sound further.

The synthesizer also includes modulator LFOs for each VCO, providing additional layers of modulation. Furthermore, the two general LFOs can source from samples, wavetables, or track input. This versatility in LFO modulation per VCO helps in crafting more intricate sounds and effects.
