You have various options for guest list management. You can add guests manually, pull from your Contacts, or use CSV file guest import for larger events. Each guest can receive their event pass via your email or messages, or you can print them on Letter or A4 paper. You’ll have an overview of who confirmed, who declined, and who hasn’t replied yet.

At the door, use the door check-in feature to scan the guest’s pass or ID. ID Scan will check the name against your list, apply the event's age requirements, and let you know if they are already inside. Each pass is unique to your event; old or edited passes will not be accepted.

ID Scan not only identifies what it scans, from products and books to SIM cards, IMEI numbers, and UPS tracking, but it also automates actions with QR codes. For example, scanning a QR code can allow you to call, email, text, view maps, add to your calendar, save a contact, or even copy a Wi-Fi password.

Privacy remains a priority with on-device processing. All ID checks are run 100% on your phone. There's no need to sign up, and nothing is sent to our servers. Names in logs are shortened, and these logs can be cleared after 30 days if you prefer. You can also use Face ID protection to secure the app.
