Your PTO balance is always just a glance away. You can keep it on your home screen or lock screen, using a medium-size home screen widget. This widget not only displays your current balance but also shows your next trip and its progress. The app is available in both light and dark appearances.

If you're looking to turn your days off into longer breaks, My PTO allows you to decide how many shifts of PTO you want to use. You can find vacation stretches around your regular days off as well as the holidays your workplace observes. Once you preview a suggestion, you can choose to book it in your plan or save it as a goal.

Planning is easier when you understand the limits. My PTO helps you set your benefit-year start, carryover limit, and expiration date. Your time off forecasting accounts for these rules, showing when you could lose hours if you don’t use them.

If you have both vacation and sick leave, you can keep them separate. The app tracks multiple leave balances, allowing each to have its own accrual policies, bookings, and goals, all based on your shared work schedule. You can easily switch balances to see which one you need at any moment.

Your time off is your business. My PTO doesn’t track your data or show ads, and you won't have to manage an account. All your information remains private, stored securely on your iPhone and in your iCloud backup. You can export a backup file whenever you want a separate copy.
