After my last game, SUMMERHOUSE, I wanted to try something completely different. I aimed to create a game that is small but faster, filled with numbers, fights, and goblins. The result is SLOTS & DAGGERS!

In SLOTS & DAGGERS, I mixed together many things I truly love. You will explore a weird fantasy world filled with quirky art and crude drawings of strange little guys. The game features fun slot machine elements that add a unique twist. You will also hear sounds from crunchy hip hop drum machines, which give the game a lively vibe. As you play, the arcade style brings you back to the old school, with gameplay that goes “PLING PLING PLING” as you collect coins.

Players can expect a 4-8 hour campaign, giving you enough time to enjoy the adventure without dragging on. The game uses classic roguelike mechanics, making every playthrough exciting and unpredictable. There’s also an egg arena high score mode for those who love a challenge and want to engage in high score competition.

SLOTS & DAGGERS is designed to be a fast-paced gameplay experience. It’s perfect for anyone who enjoys casual gaming or wants a quick yet engaging session. You’ll find yourself immersed in number-based gameplay as you encounter goblin characters and navigate through various challenges. This game is a small indie project, developed by me alone, so it is focused and made with care.

Although SLOTS & DAGGERS doesn’t have as much content as larger games developed by bigger teams, it offers short and sweet gameplay. The coin collection mechanics and addictive arcade gameplay keep you engaged, while the unique fantasy themes make every moment enjoyable. This is a single-player experience that embraces experimental game design, allowing for interactive gameplay that feels fresh and exciting.

I hope you have a great time diving into SLOTS & DAGGERS. Enjoy the journey in this fun fantasy game!
