The Japan Stigmatized Property is a unique surveillance organization that focuses on investigating and monitoring stigmatized properties across the country. Our aim is to understand the nature of these properties and ensure they are safe for everyone.

Currently, we have 489 registered surveillance agents who play a vital role in our operations. These dedicated individuals help us monitor 27,353 properties under continuous observation. Our agents are trained to identify various issues and report them as part of their routine surveillance tasks.

We are actively recruiting for the position of Night Surveillance Agent. This role comes with competitive hourly compensation along with hazard allowances for working night shifts. As a night surveillance agent, you will monitor security cameras installed at real stigmatized properties during the midnight to 5 AM shift. Your primary responsibility is to detect any paranormal activity that may occur.

During your shift, you will switch between normal and infrared cameras to look for signs of unusual occurrences. You will be on the lookout for unexplained shadows, figures, or any object displacement that may occur. It’s also important to check for blood stain detection on walls, as well as any signs of video interference or static detection that could indicate something unusual.

Timely reporting is crucial. Any paranormal activity you detect must be reported immediately. Failing to report incidents or making repeated mistakes can have serious consequences, so it is important to stay alert.

This role requires you to carry out field investigations and adhere to strict monitoring protocols. You will be trained in risk management and emergency reporting procedures to ensure the highest level of safety and effectiveness in your surveillance.

As you work through the night, you’ll contribute significantly to real estate investigations and property risk assessments. Stigmatized properties can be sensitive topics, and your work helps manage the associated stigma in real estate. Your efforts will aid in supernatural investigations and provide valuable insights into properties that may be in distress.
