Dungeon of the Endless: Apogee is a Rogue-Like Dungeon-Defense game. In this exciting adventure, you and your team of heroes work together to protect the generator of your crashed ship. As you explore an ever-expanding dungeon, you face waves of monsters and special events, all while trying to find your way out. The story begins with a group of condemned criminals being transported to the Auriga system aboard the prison hulk named “Success.” They were told they had a chance to earn back their place in society. However, it quickly became clear that they were actually being sent for slave labour colonization on an unexplored planet. This planet, known as Auriga Prime, was said to have water, plant life, and metals in its crust.

Auriga Prime once had a significant settlement established by a race known as the Endless ancestors. When the prison ship arrived, a functioning defensive system activated, destroying the Success. Fortunately, each holding cell acted as an escape pod. The surviving prisoners landed on the planet, bruised but alive, and initially thought they were safe. But they soon discovered they had crashed into an Endless facility, deep within a sub-basement dungeon.

In this game, you gather a team of heroes, each with unique strengths and some quirks. You must equip them, deploy them, and help them earn powerful abilities. It’s important to manage the balance between ex-prison inmates and guards as you work to survive.

To protect your team, you need to build your defenses. You will gather Dust, a key resource that allows you to power various rooms. As you gather scarce resources, you will create minor and major modules to fend off waves of monsters. Moreover, you will decode the mysterious Endless ruins to find life-saving technologies that are essential for survival.

Opening each door is a risk, as they can lead to unexpected dangers. Prepare yourself and your team for anything as you explore and uncover an infinity of levels and layouts. Your goal is to carry your crystal through these levels and defeat the monsters to reach the exit. Ultimately, you are fighting your way to the surface to discover the truth about Auriga.

The Apogee Edition includes exciting add-ons. In the DEEP FREEZE game mode, there is a new ship and a new character. The Death Gamble DLC introduces a new merchant. The Rescue Team characters join the adventure, along with new monsters and a major module. In Organic Matters, you can find another new ship, a new game mode, a new character, minor modules, and even more new monsters. Plus, there is the Bookworm DLC, which adds yet another new ship and character.

The game has been carefully redesigned for mobile use. It features a revamped mobile interface that makes it easy to play.
