WeatherRing is a unique 24-hour weather watch face designed specifically for round Wear OS devices. It is important to note that WeatherRing requires Wear OS 6 or newer, so it won’t work on devices with Wear OS 5 or older.

This app helps you easily understand the weather throughout the day. The outer ring of the watch face visualizes temperature from midnight to midnight. It allows you to see the full day's temperature curve at a glance, without needing to open an app. Nighttime hours are shaded darker, which makes recognizing sunrise and sunset indicators simple. You can also easily see periods of rain, snow, and lightning, as each of these weather events is marked at the exact times they are forecasted. The inner glow of the watch face shows sky cover, with white indicating overcast clouds and yellow representing sunny conditions.

WeatherRing is created as a full-screen live complication. This means it supports both interactive watch face options and Always-On Display (AOD) modes. The mobile companion app plays an important role in your experience by managing location selection, unit preferences, and visual customization options.

When you purchase WeatherRing, you get a complete package including the phone app, the Wear OS app, and the watch face itself—all for a one-time fee. The live complication feature displays the 24-hour weather directly on your watch face, providing seamless syncing capabilities. You can choose to use live GPS location access or search for any city to get your desired location-based weather.

WeatherRing updates roughly once an hour. It has reliable data caching on the watch, which allows it to refresh independently if you are away from your phone. This means you can still see the latest weather information even if your phone isn't nearby.

You will find that the customizable watch face offers sliders and color pickers for customization, so you can tweak its appearance to match your personal style. With WeatherRing, you enjoy a user-friendly weather display that focuses on providing vital weather forecast alerts. Best of all, there are no ads or accounts required, making your experience straightforward and enjoyable.

Getting started with WeatherRing is simple. First, install WeatherRing on your phone. Then, install the companion app on your watch and open it once. On any device running Wear OS 6 or newer, you can apply the WeatherRing watch face from your watch or through the Wear OS phone app.

The weather information you receive is powered by Open-Meteo weather data, with WeatherAPI.com serving as a backup for added reliability. With WeatherRing, weather tracking on your watch has never been easier!
