It renews at the regular yearly price after the first year.

Minuted records in-person meetings on your iPhone and writes the minutes: a summary, decisions with a status, and action items with owners and due dates. Every decision and action item links to the moment it was said, so you can tap it and hear it. Ask questions across all your meetings and get answers that cite the meeting and the moment. Action items go to Reminders, whiteboard photos become searchable, and you can export everything as Markdown, PDF and audio. It works without internet and shows a consent sheet before every recording.

Needs an iPhone 15 Pro or newer with Apple Intelligence. It records the room, it doesn't join Zoom or Teams calls.
